Alex has worked with senior Walt Disney illustrator Bill Langley and syndicated cartoon creator Elliot Caplin ( brother of Al Capp). He published hundreds of cartoon strips that ran in several New England area newspapers and published three humorous comic books featuring his DingleDorf. His style integrates nostalgia with a modern twist creating a softer approach able to enhance a broader market appeal. As society becomes more complex and stressful, cartoons can play a greater role in appealing to the general public especially children.
